Note: remember to cover your shoulders and legs for the visit (no miniskirt or short trousers).

On your way back to Siem Reap, stop at a traditional village to observe how rice is harvested and prepared as well as how to collect sugar palm (the best period for this tour is October to April). Next, sip on a coconut drink at Bong Thom House, a traditional khmer house.

Once back in the centre of Siem Reap, enjoy a Cambodia hot pot lunch.

After lunch, continue with a stroll around old market and a 30 minutes foot massage to relax and unwind. Then head to the countryside and stop at a local pagoda to attend a monk blessing.

In the evening, have an early dinner at local restaurant before attending the Phare Circus show at The Cambodian Circus at 20:00. Tightrope walkers, contortionists and acrobats take to the stage for a dynamic performance. Blending visual arts, traditional music, modern dance and classic circus skills, this circus set-up arose from the NGO, Phare Ponleu Selpak based in Battambang. They have toured internationally to critical acclaim.

After a lunch at your leisure, discover Ta Prohm. Famous for being the set of the Tomb Raider movie, this mysterious temple is being taken over by nature with giant trees covering its old stones. Finally, head to the worldwide famous Angkor Wat temple.

Note: During the visit of the Bakan tower of Angkor Wat temple, visitors are required to wear a proper attire, covering shoulders and knees as this temple is still considered to be a sacred site (no shorts, miniskirts or short trousers). It will be closed on the Buddhist Sabbath Days, the Buddhist religious days, four days a month in accordance with the Lunar Calendar.
