Today, you will take a high-speed train from Shanghai to Wuyuan.

Arrive in Wuyuan and meet your English speaking local guide

Private transfer to your hotel for check in

Wuyuan, which known as the "most beautiful countryside in China," is home to at least 50 old villages. Upon your arrival, you will stop at the unique bridge – Rainbow Bridge, which is a corridor bridge built in Song Dynasty. The key usage is for passerby to hide away from the rain.

You will then arrive at your hotel for an evening at your leisure.

In the morning, you will visit at Xiaoqi village. There, a must-see is the Zhendetang, a two-story wooden building. Standing on the second floor of the back area, you will be able to contemplate the beautiful landscape.

You will then visit the Likeng Village where you will discover the local characteristics of the villagers’ life. In the afternoon, you will go to the beautiful Huangling Village.

You will then come back to your hotel for an evening at your leisure.

In the morning, you will take a 2 hour transfer by road to Mt. Sanqing.

Listed as a world nature heritage by the UNESCO, Mt. Sanqing is one of the sacred places of Taoism as well as one of the major national parks in China. Mt. Sanqing is charming with its oddly-shaped pines and rocks, Taoist temples, archways, palaces and terraces. You will take a cable car to the top of the mountain. Upon your arrival, you will visit Nanqingyuan Scenic Area with the following landmarks: the Worshipping the Moon by Taoisters, Playing with pine tree by Dragon, Goddess peak, Python out of mountain and Xihaian Scenic Area.

In the morning, you will enjoy some free time.

You will then be transferred to the train station to take your return High speed train back to Shanghai.

Full payment is due 14 days prior to departure. Thomas Cook China reserves the right to release all services in case of payment default.


Cancellation Policy

If any cancellation is received following a booking, the following general cancellation policy will apply:

  • Between 30 and 21 days prior to arrival : 20% of total amount is due
  • Between 20 and 7 days prior to arrival : 50% of total amount is due
  • Between 6 days and 2 day prior to arrival: 75% of total amount is due
  • 1 day or No-show: 100% of total amount is due


Force Majeure

Thomas Cook China will not be liable for performance delays or for non-performance, due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, actions by any government authority (whether valid or invalid), fires, floods, windstorms, riots, explosions, natural disasters, wars, sabotage, labor problems (including lockouts, strikes and slowdowns), or court injunction or order.
