D1Denpasar - Yogya

Upon arrival at Yogya airport, meet your local tour guide and start with a visit to the magnificent Borobudur Temple, Prambanan Temple, Sonobudoyo Museum and Sultan Palace.

D2Yogya – Surabaya - Tosari

After an early breakfast at your hotel, transfer to the railway station and take a train to Surabaya in East Java.

Once in Surabaya, meet your guide and head to Tosari village in the lower slope of the semi-active volcano Mt. Bromo. The drive will take about two and half hours and offer fine costal and mountain views.

Then, stay overnight at a cottage in the highland. Prepare your warm clothes as at night it might get quite cold.

D3Tosari – Bromo Tour - Ketapang

Wake-up very early to enjoy the sunrise above Mt Bromo.

Drive up to Mount Penanjakan viewing-point in a 4x4 Jeep for the most wonderful views. Later, drive down to caldera and then cross the sea sand on a horseback, ascending hundreds of steps to reach the peak of Mt Bromo, from where you can see the inside of the crater which constantly belches white sulphurous smoke.

Return to your hotel for breakfast, shower and a brief rest before continuing to Ketapang. Reach Ketapang in the afternoon, check-in and enjoy the rest of the day at your leisure.

D4Ketapang – Ijen Tour – Sanur

After breakfast, start your 4x4 Jeep tour through lush plantation and rainforest.

Take a short break at the Park Ranger’s post before hiking up to the crater. The hike will take about one and half or two hours and lead you to the rim of the crater at a height of about 2883 meters. From there, you can observe the sulphur lake and learn more about traditional sulphur mining.

Later, trek down and transfer back to your hotel. Enjoy a short rest before heading to Bali by ferry from Ketapang harbour to Gilimanuk harbour. Then transfer by land to Sanur, right by the beach!

Payment

Full payment is due 14 days prior to departure. Thomas Cook China reserves the right to release all services in case of payment default.

 

Cancellation Policy

If any cancellation is received following a booking, the following general cancellation policy will apply:

  • Between 30 and 21 days prior to arrival : 20% of total amount is due
  • Between 20 and 7 days prior to arrival : 50% of total amount is due
  • Between 6 days and 2 day prior to arrival: 75% of total amount is due
  • 1 day or No-show: 100% of total amount is due

Thomas Cook China will not be liable for performance delays or for non-performance, due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, actions by any government authority (whether valid or invalid), fires, floods, windstorms, riots, explosions, natural disasters, wars, sabotage, labour problems (including lockouts, strikes and slowdowns), or court injunction or order.
